To help keep your jewellery in excellent condition we recommend that you schedule for it to be cleaned at your local Goldsmiths store at least once a year. This will allow us to check for signs of damage or wear and tear and suggest a suitable repair before it becomes a serious problem.

If a treasured piece of jewellery becomes damaged we can offer a first class repair service, with many repairs undertaken by our own team of jewellery craftsmen that are based in various stores around the country.

Which stores have on-site technicians?
Goldsmiths have on-site jewellery craftsmen at our Metro Centre, Wolverhampton, Meadowhall, Newcastle Blackett Street, Milton Keynes, Manchester Arndale Centre, Chelmsford, Reading Victoria St and Watford stores. All other stores will return the item to Goldsmiths Services.
