At Goldsmiths Outlet we wish for your purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by an insured courier service and will reach you within One to Five working days.

Please note we can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

Boxes

Whilst we take every care to ensure your item(s) are despatched with their original Branded Box this may not always be possible. Therefore a suitable alternative Goldsmiths box will be supplied.

Watch Guarantees

On occasion it may not be possible to supply the manufactures original guarantee with orders placed on our site. In this instance we will supply a Goldsmiths guarantee which covers the watch against defects in materials and workmanship by Goldsmiths PLC under the terms and conditions of the warranty for a period of two years from the original date of purchase.

Condition of Stock

We take every care to ensure items despatched from our website are in perfect condition however this may not always be possible. Some pieces of stock may have been on display in one of our 160 stores nationwide and have superficial scratches. This will be reflected in the price.
