How do I get my precious piece repaired?
Simply take the item which needs repair into your nearest store and one of our sales consultants will give you a verbal estimate. You will be contacted when the repair has been completed, and the item will be held safely until you are able to collect it.

Which stores have on-site technicians?
Goldsmiths have on-site watch technicians at our Chester, Leeds, Middlesborough and Nottingham stores. Here at Goldsmiths we also have Rolex accredited and qualified watch specialists. Our Rolex technicians are on-site at our Bishopsgate, Bristol, Chelmsford, Ipswich, Leicester, Merryhill, Newcastle Blackett Street, Newcastle Eldon Square, Oxford, Trafford Centre, Wigan stores.
